  1. Hello. my name is Tim. I m from America but i live in China. I bought a problem but im have a very hard time installing this. i really need some help! Please have customer service contact me. i would like them to use Teamviewer or ToDesk to install it for me. Thank you.
    i have installed it but i dont think it is the whole package. there are many parts missing.
